Inductors are not "replaceable supporting role" in LED lighting, but the core just needed components of DOB/driving power supply. In the next five years, the overall steady growth and structural upgrading are obvious: small volume, high frequency, low loss, and intelligence are the orientation, and domestic substitution opportunities are large. In Buck/Buck Boost/DOB with PFC, inductance is the "energy heart":
1. Energy storage+continuous current: Ensure continuous and flicker free LED current (which cannot be achieved by linear solutions)
2. Constant current and stable current: suppresses ripple, resists voltage fluctuations, and extends LED life
3. EMC/safety regulations: Filter out high-frequency interference and meet CCC, CE, UL requirements
4. High efficiency: 15-30% higher than resistor current limiting/linear schemes, in line with energy-saving trends
Non inductive solutions (such as linear constant current) can only be used for low-end low-power bulbs, while mid to high end/outdoor/smart lighting fixtures must be equipped with inductors.
