Mandatory requirements for medical selection (different from ordinary consumer electronics)
Inductance: fully shielded magnetic circuit, low temperature drift, moisture and heat resistance (85 ℃/85% RH aging parameter change<3%), insulation resistant to medical disinfection environment;
Magnetic beads: low DCR, low heat generation, 1.5 times the rated current margin reserved, 100MHz impedance commonly used 300~600 Ω, medical specific low leakage magnetic material;
Overall, it meets the GB9706.1 and YY0505 medical electrical EMC standards, and some exported products require UL medical certification.
